Pacific Homes Beach Club is a small, gated community of manufactured home owners aged 55 and over. The park was established in 1977 as a private park and bought out by the home owners in 1987. Members own their own property and homes.

Members pay a small monthly park fee to maintain community-owned property, streets and water/sewer. In the community clubhouse is the main office, there is a covered heated swimming pool, game room, kitchen, meeting room and a library with a PC computer. A wireless high speed internet connection is available for residents in the clubhouse.

Advantages of Life Here

Residents of Pacific Homes Beach Club own their own property so any increase in park fees must be by consent of the owners.
We are within walking distance of Wal-Mart, Safeway, Fred Meyer and many other businesses and restaurants.
We have walking access to the beach through a pedestrian underpass under Highway 101, the main north/south road along the Oregon coast.
We never have to worry about crossing this busy thoroughfare on foot.
The business and common areas of our park are overseen by a board of directors elected by our park members.
A parking lot is available for motor homes, travel trailers and boats for a nominal fee.
